Weekends are meant for indulgence and I can never give a miss to the yummy treats over the 2 ‘wow’ days. But come Monday I want to fit back into my clothes and schedule. So here’s how to bounce back to your fitness regime on the first day of the week. Here’s how I do it.
Take a try and feel wow:
# Yes it seems impossible to wakeup on Monday mornings, but obey the alarm. It will help you to fix the rest of your day, trust me!
# Don’t give a miss to breakfast or indulge in the left-overs from the weekend party. Eat a healthy meal first thing in the day and say ‘Hi’ to oats, milk and fruits may be?
# Offload the ‘weekend calories overload’ and hit the gym. You can burn off those that you indulged in and feel less guilty right away!
# Say cheers with green tea and may be a single cup of coffee today.
# Have an early dinner and keep it a healthy one too! Salads and soups can befriend you this evening…
