Want the Wealth of Wellness…

If you are a fitness enthusiast like me, you will know the difference between fitness and wellness. There are times when we confuse one for the other. So here is what I discovered and experienced myself at Aura Thai Spa in Navi Mumbai, Vashi.

As a part of a workout regime, you may be doing stretches by yourself. But when you have a therapist flexing your limbs as a part of a Thai stretching session, it feels wow.

Follow up the stretching with an oil massage. Opt for the aroma of the oil that soothes your senses and has a calming effect on the nerves. I chose Lemon Grass oil as it has a cooling sensation too.

WHAT IS IT
The massage techniques can vary as per your preference and requirement. I opted for the Swedish Deep Tissue massage with medium pressure.

HOW IT WORKS
Since I workout regularly, the physiological stress accumulates in my body. It can lead to a sports injury too if I do not release this physiological stress through a proper massage.
☆ Lymphatic drainage is also an essential part of every wellness therapy. So, as the therapist works on the body, the lymph nodes are activated to drain the build-up matter in the process.
