#Fitness First
Being a fitness enthusiast myself, fitness and wellness goals are topping my list, as always. So now the plan is to undo the party season calories and the holiday fat gained over the end of 2016.

#Chasing Goals
In order to get back into the body shape that I always wanted, here are my goals to chase.

☆Workout everyday is like brushing your teeth first thing in the moring. It is a practise that does not change whether you are unwell, over worked or travelling.
☆Imagine the bigger picture – apart from staying healthy and looking stunning, you can eat more yummy food and have the confidence to defy weight gain?

 

#How To Plan
♡ Make sure you opt for the physical activity that you enjoy the most. Swimming, dancing, jogging, running, walking any of these cardio exercises are good for burning calories.

♡Don’t forget to begin with warm up, do
stretches  before and after cardio and cool down in the end, as a part of your daily workout regime.

♡ Stylish Active wear can make you feel more sporty. So invest in vibrant colours and sexy fits to boost your fashion quotient.
