Correct way to do Surya Namaskar yoga

Sun is the ultimate source of energy and
Surya Namaskar is the Sun Salutation yoga.
It is done through 12 different postures that ensure
a disease-free and healthy life. Try this full body workout with me on World Diabetes day and make it a part of your morning regime.

Here’s how to salute the sun in 12 different postures:

1) Pranam mudra
2) Upward stretch
3) Toe touch
4)Lunge posture
5)Mountain pose
6)Push up pose
7)Snake pose
8)Mountain pose again
9)Lunge with other leg
10)Toe touch again
11)Upward stretch again
12)Back to pranam mudra/ starting pose

Begin with 5 repeatations. It will take only 20 minutes of your time and you will look and feel wow with regular practise after a month.
